When I booked Sarah was really helpful with all I had to move my even due my family was sick they where super helpful and they gave me a better bounce house thank you so much the kids had fun

We couldn't be happier. Booking was simple and easy to have questions answered. The crew was amazing setting up and taking down the bounce house. Even wiped it down to ensure it was really clean and ready for our event. Will be a returning customer for sure!

My son was set on having a bounce house/water slide combo for his 10th birthday party. I quickly realized these are not available at all rental shops. Jumpin Jackpot had exactly what we were looking for. From the initial inquiry through the party date, the communication with the staff was fast and clear. The bounce house was delivered and set up on time, and it was very clean and safe. We'll definitely use them again.

Very communicative, great equipment and all around good experience. Very happy with our rental and how everything turned out. Kids loved the bounce house and water slide combo. The team dropping off and picking up were great and actually gave us more time with the equipment as they said there wasn’t another rental for a few days. Overall great experience

Same man delivered and picked up. Was friendly, efficient, and patient with kids and dog. Great attitude. Communication from company via text around scheduling/rescheduling dropoff was great. Rented for event from 10-6 on a Saturday, they dropped off night before and picked up day after, so the kids got to play with it for a LOOONG time. Great stuff. Will use again
